14 Day Return Policy
If you need to make a return or an exchange, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
We accept returns for purchases only from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer's individual store policy.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To return your product, please send an email to request a return authorization (RA) number. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with a proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

Please make sure to write the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery is accepted. For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount, and consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.
